Job Overview
This is a key strategic role in the People team of our North America Zone
This individual is the lead for three of Anheuser Busch’s critical recruitment talent programs: the Global MBA program
The person is responsible for Lateral Recruiting (Experience in recruiting Mid-Level to senior level recruiting.
The People Function is responsible for managing our talent pipeline and ensuring we have the right people in the right function, helping us drive results and grow in our business.
The people team oversees all recruitment and selection as well as workforce planning, target setting, labor relations, employee relations and talent management.
This function is constantly evolving based on the business strategy and forecasted needs.
This position will provide the flexibility of defining new talent program strategies to be executed across US.
Global MBA Program
Define the sourcing & recruitment strategy for the GMBA program, including which MBA schools and organizations we want to recruit from as a company
Partner with People Business Partners and leaders to understand the current and future talent needs in all functions.
Define and execute the selection strategy for the GMBA program
Network with MBA talent on campus in order to identify the top candidates which we want to recruit
Maintain school relationships through internal ambassador program, Alumni network and faculty outreach.
Connect top internal talent with MBA candidates through formal and informal experiential events.
Lead spring and fall MBA recruiting for full time and internship positions.
Responsible for identifying and building relationships with career services, and professors at target universities
Overall
Ensure our employer brand and culture is accurately and enthusiastically communicated on campus.
Build relationships with key stakeholders internally (c-suite, marketing leaders, and People leaders)
Benchmark university recruiting programs with other organizations to build a world-class process and experience for potential candidates.
Ability to judge potential recruit’s cultural fit against Anheuser-Busch’s 10 Principles and culture.
Ability to communicate Anheuser-Busch’s culture, talent programs and recruiting requirements
Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree
2-5 years of recruiting, sourcing, Human Resources, or related experience
Strong influence skills – ability to work with our most senior leaders (c-suite) during the recruitment process and ability to influence top candidates to join our company.
Extremely strong presentation and communication skills
Ability to think outside of the box and develop innovative recruitment experiences on campus
Effective analytical and project planning/project management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Suite of tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Office, etc.)
Note: The role is based in New York City in our Commercial Strategy Office but requires openness to travel (domestically), especially during the fall recruitment period
