Seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst for a large investment management firm based in Midtown Manhattan. Applicants for this role require a minimum of three years in the compensation space, within the financial services sector, and must have a mastery of Microsoft Excel. There will be a high level of interaction with clients in this role and the ability to communicate complex ideas in a succinct, yet influential manner, is critical as well.
This position requires that the employee support existing compensation and benefit plans within the organization. Compensation is the critical skill set. Benefits administration is handled by a third party and the Sr. Compensation Analyst will only be involved in data analytics for benefits in this role. In addition to overall administration of the compensation process, the selected candidate will also be expected to design occasional plans which strengthen the organization’s existing rewards strategy programs. The analyst will also be required to prepare firm materials for global compensation reporting, to be presented to the firm’s respective compensation committees. This is a great opportunity to gain exposure working directly with a robust Compensation and Benefits function, at a renowned Financial Services organization, while working closely with the Head of US Rewards, the broader HR team, as well as directly with the business.
