A prestigious professional services firm is looking for a top-notch Recruiter at the 95-100k mark (plus small bonus). The ideal candidate will come from professional, legal or financial services, and have experience facing off with senior level stakeholders. The role is more focused on relationship management vs. high volume recruitment; you will run with an average of 10-15 openings. Additionally, you will work on projects to help upgrade TA process. Must have a college degree, and minimum of 5 years corporate recruitment experience.
*Full cycle recruitment for a variety of business openings within a professional services corporate setting
*Track recruitment activity & metrics in Taleo
*Interact with senior level stakeholders on recruitment and talent matters
*Recruit a majority of roles within corporate, finance & IT
