HRIS and HR Operations Analyst
A 500+ employee global asset management firm, with headquarters in Midtown Manhattan and 14 offices globally, is looking to hire an HRIS and Operations Analyst. This role will report into the VP of Compensation and HRIS.
This is a replacement for an incumbent who played a key role in the implementation of Workday in 2018 and was responsible for an array of HR generalist capabilities. But with the maturation of the HR function and team over the last few years, this role will focus much more heavily on HR systems (automation of processes, optimization of Workday, development of a suite of standardized reports, etc.), compensation analytics and operations (supporting annual performance review and compensation process, implementation of a compensation system), and HR operations (automating processes). There will also be some reach to benefits projects (open enrollment, implementations of new programs, health fairs) in partnership with the Benefits Manager.
Seeking candidates with 2 or more years of experience working in HR operations inclusive of HR systems and compensation. While experience in benefits and project management would be very helpful, the company is willing to take a self-starter with intellectual curiosity and train them up into the role. Prior experience with Workday would be a strong +, as would prior experience working in the financial services sector.
Although based in Midtown, the company’s office is closed due to Covid-19 for the foreseeable future. This role will begin working virtually with the expectation of working in the Midtown office as return to work evolves and materializes. Please note that the company will not provide visa sponsorship nor relocation.
Interested candidates should email resumes and cover letters to [email protected]. For additional consideration, copy [email protected] on the email.
