HR Technology Associate (Workday)
A leading growth equity firm partnering with a global portfolio of emerging businesses is seeking an HR Technology Associate in their Midtown Manhattan office who will drive optimization of their Workday HCM and other HR technologies.
The firm is seeking a professional/consultant with Workday HCM expertise (reporting, business processes, some implementation experience, integrations, testing) and strong experience managing vendors and internal stakeholders (HR, IT). Ideally this individual will bring some generalist or broader HR/people processes experience to the table as well, with overall relevant experience in the ~5-10 year range.
This is an exceptional, scaling environment with a progressive mindset towards HR technology, and an established agenda they’re seeking to advance.
