Seeking a Human Resources Senior Associate to join a global, boutique investment management firm based in Midtown Manhattan. This is an excellent role positioned as the right-hand to the US Head of HR, supporting the breadth of HR initiatives including performance management, benefits administration, employee relations, on-boarding and firm-wide recruitment efforts. Beyond the day-to-day, this positions will have the opportunity to engage in interesting project work, partnering directly with the Global Head of HR on some of these initiatives.
A successful candidate MUST bring a minimum of 5 years of well-rounded generalist experience with exposure to financial services. They are seeking an individual with high energy, outstanding drive, curiosity and a solutions-oriented mindset who will thrive in a fast-paced environment.
