Contract Immigration Specialist
A small technology/financial services organization is looking to hire a Contract Immigration Specialist that will split time between there office in Jersey City and New York City.
In this position, you will work alongside one other immigration specialist who will serve as a subject matter expert. Responsibilities will include manage all phases of the immigration petition process along with travel visas, serve as the primary point of contact for all; immigration issues questions, documentation and legal requirements, oversee the I-9 process, and help out with ad hoc projects as needed.
Looking for someone who has great organizational skills, has strong immigration/legal experience and has the ability to work well within a team; would love someone who is able to pick up different projects on an as needed basis.
