Compensation Associate
A noted investment firm with global reach in the Northern, NJ (Morris County) area is seeking a Compensation Associate with three years + of overall compensation analysis experience from within financial services, ideally investment banking or asset management. This individual will have the opportunity to leverage their exposure within broad-based compensation to take on a larger scope, or to grow beyond their knowledge of the financial or accounting related aspects of the function to take on a more traditionally modeled compensation role. Superb excel and financial modeling skills will support your success and the firm’s strong culture, humane hours, and strong reputation would make it a great choice for the long term. Base salary offered would be up to 95K (DOE) + bonus and great benefits.
