Talent Acquisition Specialist
Looking for a talented Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the achievement of company objectives by working closely with the VP of HR. The primary focuses of the position are to assist in the design, refinement and strategy of the Talent Acquisition team and ensure the successful roll out of the recruiting and new hire on boarding processes.
A candidate must bring at least 4 years of recruiting experience, strong sourcing and pipeline development skills, and excellent communication skills.
This role will allow the right candidate to develop their leadership skills within the Talent Acquisition group of this dynamic, fast-growing, technology company.
