This recruiter will bring 5+ years of recruiting within financial services environments with specific front-office recruiting experience for investment banking, capital markets, equities, securities, fixed income, or sales & trading. Exceptional professional maturity and gravitas are required to establish and manage relationships with engaged business and HR leadership.
The firm has a sophisticated approach that incorporates nice flexibility options, well-balanced requisition loads and support teams who lead sourcing and administrative activities, allowing a recruiter to focus on core responsibilities that will allow them to add maximum impact.
