Global People + Culture (P+C) team is growing as we look for a People + Culture (HR) Project Coordinator. In this role you will provide project coordination and administrative support for several HR transformation projects as our business continues to expand. Reporting into the P+C Operations team you will work closely with our P+C Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to provide executional support across HR Operations, Learning + Development, Talent Management, and Talent Acquisition.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Oversee the day-to-day project coordination of HR activities within the P+C Operations team
  • Develop detailed project plans to gather, track and maintain information on P+C projects reporting on status, dependencies and ensuring key milestones are met.
  • Collaborate with P+C CoE Global leads to support creation and execution of their project plans
  • Participate in meetings and written project updates with key internal project team members, business stakeholders and leadership through creation of emails, decks, follow-up messages and other mediums
  • Own the internal P+C dedicated SharePoint site that contains key P+C related resources for the global team
  • Build decks for the Chief People Officer for internal global P+C meetings and prepare follow-up communication for the team with a recap, next steps, and key deliverables.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Must be organized, have great attention to detail and process-oriented
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and manage key stakeholder relationships across the organization
  • Experience working within a matrix organization or consultancy firm
  • Previous project management experience is a plus
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills including PowerPoint
  • Able to effectively collaborate and share information with other colleagues
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
