Senior Manager – Talent Management & Performance
A well-regarded organization that outsources Human Resources functions as a service is seeking a Senior Manager of Talent Management who has operated within the talent management space for a minimum of seven years, with extensive experience building talent management functions. The most suitable candidates will have had exposure to both small and large organizations in their careers thus far.
The role entails reengineering performance management initiatives within the company, implementing facets such as real-time feedback, goal setting and the development of competencies for the workforce. Instead of operating on a traditional model of employee engagement strategy, this role challenges the potential candidate to utilize internal and external evaluations to better identify places for improvement. This position would also require you to develop succession planning and career pathing strategies firmwide, so as to maximize the firm’s ability to track talent within the organization.
