Human Resources Manager
Looking for a Human Resources Manager for a global pharmaceutical organization in Central New Jersey. Seeking a professional who possesses a minimum of five years experience in a generalist capacity, with heavy focus in the spaces of employee relations, talent acquisition and compensation planning. Best-fitting candidates will have exposure to the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, and is comfortable overseeing the entire gamut of human resources functions within their organization.
The selected employee will serve as an advocate for the employee base, coaching and counseling them when appropriate. They will also be responsible for performance management and process improvement functions internally, maximizing the utility of both the employee base and the organizational procedures across the company. This role will also heavily facilitate talent acquisition efforts by engaging in processes such as job description design, candidate interviews and offer extensions. With employee relations being a large component of this role, the onboarded candidate will be expected to field employee concerns and address them in concordance with the company’s values and policies.
