A long-standing leader in commercial real estate is seeking a Compensation leader to develop and manage their broad-based and equity compensation programs.
This manager will bring a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, ideally having some exposure to equity comp and a familiarity and comfort operating in smaller corporate environments. Analytical comfort including reporting experience and the ability to interpret the bigger picture from data are key criteria for the role. This position has day-to-day partnership with the Head of HR, CFO and other senior leader stakeholders and therefore must have the communication skills, confidence and self-assuredness to operate successfully in this capacity.
This is a full spectrum compensation role for an individual who brings the skills and interest to lead the function holistically and independently, in partnership with the firm’s leaders.
