A large national educational non-profit is searching for a Temp to Perm Benefits Consultant to join their team in midtown Manhattan. Acting as the subject matter expert, you will leverage your HR counterparts to administer benefit plans while owning compliance, leave administration, and the quality of employee information within a fairly new HRIS system.
This is an exciting time to join this organization as they are in the process of implementing ADP Workforce Now. As the Benefits Consultant you will handle benefits administration (including 403(b), disability and general LOA) while helping to audit and ensure the quality of the employee information entered into ADP. You will also manage compliance filings, partnering with internal and external counsel as needed. The position is expected to be temporary in nature for approximately 3-6 months, before converting to permanent status.
To be considered you should have:
- At least three years of benefits experience with including 403(b) administration
- You should have strong understanding of ADP Workforce Now and deep functional knowledge in Excel
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for the educational non-profit space
