Job Type: Interim (6 months plus)
A health care technology company is looking for a Contract Recruiting Coordinator to join their Union Square based team. Supporting a small talent acquisition team of two, you will help to coordinate interviews with hiring managers across the country. You will also assist in the onboarding of new hires, coordinating their first initial days to maximize the impact of the experience. Additionally, you will provide feedback on the organizations interview and hiring process as they continue to stream line and improve work flows.
To be considered, you should have:
- At least one year of interview and recruiting coordination, including internships
- Experience with Google Calendar and Greenhouse
- The ability to communicate clearly and succinctly with senior level staff
- Excellent organization skills, with the ability to prioritize ever changing list of tasks
