The individual applying for this role should possess a minimum of three years relevant experience in the field of training and professional development. Immersion within the legal space is advantageous, but not required. Best-fitting candidates will have experience on-boarding, with learning delivery and program management exposure as well.
The role calls for the design and development of a firm-wide training curriculum through platforms such as WebEx and Classroom to the entire firm. On-boarding training is a major aspect of this position, and the selected candidate will be responsible for conducting one-on-one trainings upon need or request as well. This individual will be expected to uphold the coordination of training-based administrative tasks, and assist the firm’s learning and development manager in analyzing existing training modules.
