Human Resources Manager
This opening is for a Human Resources Manager for a large professional services company based in Downtown Manhattan. The organization is seeking a candidate with substantial experience as a generalist, undertaking responsibilities such as talent acquisition, employee relations, talent management and company-wide compensation planning. Best-fitting applicants will have a minimum of seven years’ experience as a generalist, preferably with exposure overseeing union populations.
The role focuses heavily on employee relations, and the selected candidate will be required to properly manage disputes within the organization. Additionally, this employee will be responsible for communicating project status to clients while assessing any time and cost issues that ensue throughout the process. This will require supplemental report generation, and the employee will have to be comfortable engaging in data analysis and metric production to illuminate any project-based issues.
