A leading hedge fund based in Midtown NY has created a new HR Business Partner role to work in partnership with a senior HRBP supporting a blend of front and back office client groups across the broad generalist scope of responsibilities. This role will be part of a small, collaborative HR team serving the organization’s US population of about 1000 employees. In addition to executing people initiatives and processes, this role will have the opportunity to lead interesting project work, have significant client interface and support white glove HR delivery in a best practices environment.
You bring at least 5 years of generalist experience within financial services environments. Your experience demonstrates a track record of building credibility and relationships with business stakeholders, a willingness to pivot between strategic thinking and tactical execution, and an intuitive drive and sense of urgency. You have a collaborative and adaptable nature that aligns culturally with the HR team and broader organization.
This is an excellent opportunity in a premier environment to continuing honing core HR skills, with deep exposure to employee relations, L&D and other strategic facets that are often carved out in larger organizations.
