Young and growing specialized financial services organization is seeking a well-rounded generalist to join their small team in Midtown Manhattan. The firm is ~300 employees, largely based in NYC, and this role will support that entire population with the full scope of HR activities. As a metrics driven HR organization, the role will have an emphasis around systems administration and reporting/analytics. Additionally, it will manage a diverse set of responsibilities including payroll, benefits, recruiting, performance management and employee relations.

The organization is seeking an HR professional with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience including some in smaller, less structured corporate environments. You must bring familiarity with payroll processes, agility within HR systems and depth of experience in HR analytics, or at minimum, the appetite to learn and develop in this area. As the front-lines of HR to the organization, you bring exceptional customer service orientation. From a style perspective, a strong work ethic, positive attitude and the willingness to dissent and share one’s opinion are attractive attributes.
