A mid-sized financial services consultancy experiencing high growth is seeking a recruiting leader to assume oversight of their US recruiting efforts. This role will interface significantly with regional leaders and will be responsible for developing the strategic approach, managing senior hire recruiting efforts, and building and leading a team to deliver in a high quality and high volume environment. Additionally, this leader will be charged with developing messaging and branding to help the organization share their story more effectively.
The successful candidate will bring experience as a senior recruiting leader in a small-mid sized organization. Dynamic presence and creativity are key as this role will be the face of this entrepreneurial and growing organization to the market, and the visionary of their go to market strategy. You bring significant experience in management consulting and/or fintech/technology environments and have team management experience. You have comfort and experience operating in entrepreneurial environments and have partnered closing with senior executives to shape recruiting initiatives and results.
