Global Benefits Specialist – Leave Manager

Seeking a contract Global Benefits Specialist at a prominent law firm in Midtown Manhattan. Applicants must have a minimum of two years experience in benefits administration, working heavily to accommodate FMLA standards and manage leaves of absence.

In this role, the selected candidate will monitor and coordinates all leaves of absence within the firm. They will also be expected to be well-versed in the organization’s benefits plans, so that plans can be appropriately communicated to both attorneys and staff. They will also be responsible for liaising directly with insurance providers, so as to properly handle firmwide benefits enrollment and plan administration across the firm.

This is a strong opportunity with a well-regarded law firm, possessing a competitive pay rate and a unified company culture. This is a temporary position which will have the potential for full-time regular employment given the contractors performance in the role and headcount approval by the firm.
