Director of Total Rewards

Position is at a global professional services firm with a global presence. Due to growth within the market and changes within the business they are now seeking to hire a Director of Total Rewards to build out the function and serve as a strategic HR partner with the business. The Incumbent will be responsible for design, implementation and communication of the rewards strategy on a Global level. Day to day there will be 3 direct reports and the scope of the role will cover compensation, benefits and HRIS.

Required Skills and experience:

You will have 10+ years of experience either in professional / financial services ideally across compensation and benefits. HRIS would be a plus.

BA/BS degree with a concentration in a business related field.

Experience developing and implementing Total Rewards Programs (Compensation, Benefits and HRIS systems)
