Contract Implementation Specialist
We are looking for an ADP Implementation Specialist to undertake a variety of HR administrative projects. You will be responsible for completing the ADP Workforce Implementation for a population of 300 – multi-state, and a full suite of benefit reconciliation in coordination with several platforms.

We are looking for an ADP Implementation Specialist to undertake a variety of HR administrative projects. You will be responsible for completing the ADP Workforce Implementation for a population of 300 – multi-state, and a full suite of benefit reconciliation in coordination with several platforms.
Responsibilities
- Extensive knowledge of the workings of ADP Workforce Now to administer self-serve and Manager Service.
- Leave administration experience in the states mentioned.
- Constant communications with employee population.
- Support ADP implementation project by working with vendor to update information and migrate data from other platforms.
- Liaise with other departments or functions (payroll, benefits, finance & accounts etc.)
Requirements
· Proven experience in HR required.
· 6 years of experience in human resources processes and best practices
· Experience with ADP Workforce Now required
· Strong ability in using MS Office and Google Drive
· BS/BA in Human Resources or relevant field
