Contract HR Administrative Assistant
A large global law firm specializing in disputes and investigations is looking to hire a Contract HR Administrative Assistant for their office in Midtown Manhattan.
In this position, you will report directly to the Senior Managing Director of Human Resources and work alongside of a small HR team. Responsibilities will include recruiting (Job posting, Sourcing, Scheduling and offer letters), organization of new hire onboarding, creation of personnel files, and extra project work.
They are looking for 1-3 years of Administrative Assistant experience within a law firm, must be willing to help out where needed and must be well organized. They are looking for someone that has been in or is coming out of a law firm.
This is a really exciting role for someone interested in contract work that wants to be involved in many different parts of HR and grow their skills.
