A social media software management company (SaaS) based in Midtown Manhattan is looking to hire a compensation and benefits analyst. The person in this role will be 1 of a team of 3, handling all aspects of compensation analysis for the head of the department, who is an exceptional mentor and under whom this person will learn a great deal. Benefits analysis will be a secondary component of the role.

Seeking someone with 1-3 solid years of experience in compensation analysis. If you are a HR Generalist or Benefits professional that is looking to work as a Compensation Analyst, please let us know. Expert Excel skills are required. Experience in benefits would be a plus.

This position will focus on supporting the U.S., but will also play a role in supporting their entire global population of just under 1500 employees. You would be joining a company that is in pre IPO mode. Would you be interested in learning more about this role?
