An established media company is seeking a Benefits and Payroll Manager. Based out of their offices in Westchester County and operating as an individual contributor, you will support the organization with payroll processing and benefits administration.

Supporting the organization’s 200 employees, you will process biweekly payroll, manage the benefits open enrollment process, and manage general HR compliance. Reporting into a VP of HR, you will also work to provide strategic guidance on benefits negotiations and vendor management.

To be considered you must have:

  • Experience managing the benefits open enrollment process
  • Experience processing payroll in a small to medium sized enterprise
  • Familiarity with ADP is a plus, but not required
  • A genuine interest in a career in the media industry
